As of June 24, 2018 at 9:00 AM: All ASI business systems are restored and operational.


ALL SITES UNDER UNDER NORMAL OPERATIONS.




As of June 23, 2018 at 5:30 PM: All ASI business systems are restored and operational with the exception of certain manufacturing shop floor systems, selected SharePoint sites, and a calibration application. The data integrity and functionality of those excepted systems have been confirmed and they are being moved to more robust infrastructure out of an abundance of caution. All systems are expected to be fully operational prior to first shift on Monday. Updates will continue to be provided through company email, the Emergency Website (http://emergency.ga.com) and Emergency Hotline: 855-532-4242. The next update is expected Sunday, June 24th at 11:00 AM.



As of June 23, 2018 at 12:30 PM: Restoration of ASI business systems is continuing with approximately 40% systems available. System capability assessments are continuing and remain incomplete, however, current understanding of the situation supports full restoration to support business operations no later than first shift on Monday with possible earlier availability. Updates will continue to be provided through company email, the Emergency Website (http://emergency.ga.com) and Emergency Hotline: 855-532-4242. The next update is expected at 5 PM.



As of June 23, 2018 at 07:30 AM: Due to the water pipe failure that flooded the Poway data center, all business systems for ASI remain unavailable. Damage impact assessment and service restoration continues to be accomplished, and systems will continue to be brought online where possible. System outages are expected to extend throughout the day today (Saturday, June 23rd).  Updates will continue to be provided through company email, the Emergency Website (http://emergency.ga.com) and Emergency Hotline: 855-532-4242. The next update is expected at 1 PM.



As of June 23, 2018 at 12:18 AM:  A water pipe failure has flooded the Poway data center.  All business systems for ASI are currently unavailable.  Damage impact assessment and service restoration are underway.  System outages are expected to extend through Saturday.  Updates will be provided through company email, the Emergency Website (http://emergency.ga.com) and Emergency Hotline:  855-532-4242.
